RXCLUS and the 4 m band

RXCLUS currently doesn't support the 4 m band; this means it can't issue any alarm for spots on that band.

Having alarms will require the band being added to the personal DXCC database, but I currently have a problem with that: the DXCC database is full!

It was designed when I started this project at the beginning of the 90's, included some spare place, which was mostly used to include the LoTW standings. More recently, the last free position was used for the 60 m band.

This means I will have to change the format of the DXCC database, which will break the compatibility with older versions of the software.
Not a real problem, but this will require time, so I can't tell when it will be done; sorry for that!
